Cahoots // Lavender Simple Syrup

Looking to spice up your drinks at your next event? Cahoots has released a new simple syrup flavour that's going to bring the perfect amount of floral sweetness to your summer cocktails. The syrup incorporates varietals sourced from BC, and along with all Cahoots products, are made from a blend of whole, natural ingredients. Cold-steeped and delicious, these syrups can be used in drinks, desserts, salad dressings, or marinades.

Cahoots Lavender Mojito

2oz white rum
3/4oz Cahoots lavender
half a lemon
handful of mint
soda
crushed ice

Slice the lemons into quarters and muddle in a shaker. Add remaining ingredients with a small handful of crushed ice and shake gently. Pour ingredients into a highball glass, fill with crushed ice and tip with soda. Garnish with a mint sprig and lavender flower.
