Refund policy

In order to qualify for a return, please contact us via email at returns@walrushome.com or phone and within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

All items must be in their original packaging, unused and in resaleable condition.

All returns must be sent back to Walrus within 10 days of receipt. Shipping and all associated costs, will be the sole responsibility of the customer, no charges will be incurred by Walrus.

All items purchased at a discounted/sale price are not eligible for return.
