The KAKOMI Steam Plate is designed for the KAKOMI IH Enamel Pot. It can also be used with frying pans or pots with a diameter of 190mm or more. Its raised edge keeps ingredients contained, and the handles make it easy to lift out.
To steam with KAKOMI, simply add water to the pot (sold separately), insert the steam plate, and turn on the heat. It lets you enclose the rich taste and nutrients of ingredients without using oil.
